We follow principles of Six Sigma and Kaizen to constantly improve our managerial abilities at all stages.

We use various tools such as POKA YOKE (Error Proofing), SPC, TPM, FMEA and control plans to ensure defect and hassle free manufacturing.
Our training cell ensures proper internal as well as supplier training to get everyone on par with our system requirements to ensure a smooth Supply Chain Management.
